I offer a variety of coaching services focusing on leadership, health and wellness and academic success.
Leadership and Executive Coaching
Effective leadership requires self-awareness and self-leadership. Leadership coaching begins with a 360 evaluation using the Hogan Assessment to better understand your strengths and derailers as a leader. Based on your assessment results, a leadership coaching plan will be designed and tailored to your specific needs and goals.
In addition to performance effectiveness, we may also focus on building and leading effective teams, navigating organizational dynamics, recovering from burnout, and career redesign.
Wellness and Health Coaching
Wellness coaching focuses on leveraging your strengths to design a vision and action plan to help you build your best life. Coaching services are useful in making significant and lasting changes in your behavior, thinking, motivation, habits, and practices. You will learn to set SMART goals, make progress toward those goals, and acquire the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
Executive Functioning Coaching: Your Journey to Student Success
Executive functioning coaching services focus on assisting students with learning differences, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other conditions to harness their unique strengths to enhance their academic, interpersonal, and career success. Coaching services are tailored to specific client needs, but may include attention to time management, organizational skills, performance enhancement, nervous system regulation, and support for processing the demands of functioning in a neurotypically designed school and work environment.
