Psychotherapy services are available for individuals, couples, and families.
I work with clients interested and motivated to navigate change and enhance their well-being. I work with high-performers who find themselves at critical junctures and are seeking guidance for decision making, recalibrating their performance baseline, and/or moving from languishing to flourishing.
I use an integrative approach to therapy drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive (acceptance & commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy), and somatic (sensorimotor psychotherapy and embodied recovery) approaches to growth and recovery.
I have specialized experience treating clients seeking recovery from overperforming and burnout, eating disorders, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. I also have a background in sport psychology and work with athletes to address issues of mindset and performance effectiveness, performance anxiety, rebounding from injury, and/or navigating transitions in or out of sport.

Biofeedback: Renew and Repair Physiology
Biofeedback is a training and treatment approach that allows you to develop awareness and control over physiological responses such as breathing, heart rate, and muscle tension.
Biofeedback is a mind-body approach that uses cognitive processes and passive attention to improve a wide range of health concerns. Biofeedback can be especially helpful for athletes and leaders seeking to improve performance effectiveness, for people moving into recovery following burnout and trauma, and for anyone looking to develop a new baseline of equanimity and resilience.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based listening therapy designed to reduce sound sensitivities and improve auditory processing, behavioral state regulation, and social engagement behaviors through filtered music.
As a practical application of Polyvagal Theory, the SSP acts as a non-invasive, acoustic vagal nerve stimulator, helping to re-tune the nervous system to better support connection, collaboration and resilience.
The SSP involves listening to specially filtered music through headphones alongside a provider, in-person or remotely. Suitable for children and adults, the SSP has demonstrated benefits for individuals with trauma, anxiety, sensory processing differences and more.
Highlights of SSP
- A five-hour auditory intervention developed and patented by Dr. Stephen Porges, author of the Polyvagal Theory.
- Designed to reduce sound sensitivity, and improve auditory processing and behavioral state regulation.
- Activates the client’s social engagement system, helping to accelerate and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Supports physiological state regulation, allowing for greater resilience.
