Welcome! I am Dr. Noffsinger-Frazier, a licensed psychologist in private practice in Sewanee, Tennessee where I offer both in-person and telepsychology services.
I work with high performing people navigating transitions in their lives, whether those are career, relational, and/or internal transitions, our work together will help you gain the clarity and courage necessary for transformation and flourishing.
I am passionate about helping you develop and enhance your unique strengths and capabilities with the overarching goal of becoming the healthiest, most authentic, version of yourself.
Whether through wellness and executive coaching, psychotherapy, or psychological assessment and evaluation, developing a better understanding of your unique strengths and challenges provides an opportunity to design your best life.
Overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
I offer a variety of psychological, coaching, and consultative services tailored to your personal needs in order to unlock your full potential.
Psychotherapy services are available for individuals, couples, and families. I have specialized experience in eating disorders, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders.
Coaching services are useful in making significant and lasting changes in your performance effectiveness, behavior, thinking, motivation, and practices.
Comprehensive diagnostic and psychoeducational assessments are offered for children and adults. These assessments meet evaluation requirements for primary, secondary, and higher education.
Move toward a state of flourishing where all aspects of your life are good.
Identifying your specific response patterns to life’s stressors and difficulties allows you to develop insight and awareness into how those patterns might be creating resistance or friction in your life, and provides you the opportunity to develop a new response style that catalyzes resilience and flourishing.
I use a variety of approaches, tailored to your specific needs, to develop new response styles, and those might include somatic, cognitive, and emotion-focused approaches, supplemented with biofeedback, mindfulness meditation, movement, and bibliotherapy.
